I whipped my hand in a motion similar to a human jerking off King Kong probably 4 to 5 times and it finally fell off of me, whipped probably like 10 ft. away. Thankfully, though unknown why, it didn't bite me. That's also the reason I won't run in the dark anymore. It was a paved path but surrounded by trees n shit, it made a web the size of a minivan across the path.
