The Guardian Legend would probably be my #1 pick, and the oft-rumored FF7 remake would be #2. I've never played it, but Panzer Dragoon Saga seems like a great candidate for a remake - the original had an extremely low print run and suffered from horrific Saturn 3D.

Shadownrun but not like the gay one they have out now. I want the single player that was on sega to be redone.

I still to this day play that game from time to time.
