Yes, you have jumped (or in the military probably forced) from an airplane = it counts!

The highest I have jumped from is 18,000 feet, and the lowest I have opened is sub 1000 feet a couple times (not that I ever intend on opening that low again, that was in my younger and dumber days, and one was out of a hot air balloon, long story...)

Nothing is stopping you from going out to your local dropzone this summer and making your first jump, come on out!
