You're a little too paranoid I think.
For a/, no employer is going to try to circumvent facebook security measures for every single potential applicant. I doubt anyone's going to even bother searching for you on Facebook. Generally, HR have more important things to do. Even calling the references you provide is starting to become rare.
c/ as well. It's so much effort to search your name, find what forums you belong to (for example, the facebook links in this thread hide your name from the google bot), and then wade through your posting history for hours on end trying to find out what you did last weekend. No one's going to bother.
