I absolutely *LOVE* Solo Mobile's customer service. Every time I call there its a pleasure (it actually is) talking to the rep. Very helpful, very friendly.
Had them back off charges on my account w/o even asking them to do that when they noticed i did some surfing before i added the unlimited browsing! Solo Mobile's customer service is fantastic!
Like night and day to Bell's, just an FYI, for those who care.
