There was something about that night it wasn't too great. Edgar and OG definately didn't play as good as they did on the anniversary. Roland was nice though. Blah not a succesful night in my book.

sorry for all the TA's that met up at my house and we ended up not going!

Tom felt like pure poop and I was in an uber bitchy mood. Some TA;s were there to witness it hehe. Will def see you all @ the terrace for PvD!

We still need Tom to check out space though. grrrrrr.

Classic nights is not for everyone.


Everyone called me crazy for not wanting to go, but classic night is for people that know there music from way way back, nearly half of the people that went did not know what they played, and I dont blame them for not liking it. They never visited the old space, and def didnt know EDM/house music from way back then. Me inclusively.


But everyone I knew that partied in those days and visited, loved it!!! This by far was one of the best classic nights, it was much harder and nastier than the last classics at space.

If you expected a set like the one Edgar and OG did 2 weeks back, you def was not happy.

Times and sound have changed, thats for sure.

That's a lame excuse. Young ppl should fuking appreciate hearing those tunes since they were too young to hear it LIVE. I heard a few only cuz I was lucky enough to start going to big parties at a very early age.

The very first classics night at Space, Jasin and I (the youngest ones at the time) were the last ones standing.

I agree it is a lame excuse, but people would come to me and all night and say what the hell are they playing, I kept saying over and over, its is classics night.

Funny how time passes by, Space took of the Vinyl and kept CD's only to play, and they brought them out for this night. LOL. Everything I saw that was played was on vinyl

I like quite a few tunes that I knew for a while already. I think people just expected crazy new tunes to be in the mix, maybe alot more bass, old tunes lack the that sound that we hear today that makes the floor shake at space.
