I mean in general, not too many people are playing that GU style of music. Dave Seaman, Nick Warren....who else really? A lot of those cats have pretty much jumped ship to the big room tech house/techno or electro. And when I say "GU style" I'm talking about the twinkly progressive trying to be electro they put out on the GU label

Point being? As far as I know I didn't think GU was about remaining cutting edge, and I often find compilations that try more hard to remain "cutting edge" fail more often than they succeed.

Besides, it is called Global Underground
