Ah, alright, I understand what you're saying.
They're both breaks though. The typical classic break (Amen break) has the 3rd kick in the middle of bar 3 and the one you're calling an electro/house/something break has it at the beginning of bar 3. Snares/claps and hats are generally in the same place and the kick never intersects with the snare/clap. The difference is of course noticeable, but minor, and both are quite different from the standard house or trance rhythm.
True that the classic break comes off as having a bit more energy, especially with a little swing, and if I had to pick, I'd probably pick the classic break too, but they're both fine choices and both more danceable than house.
