It's probably closer to "most."
The truth is that the percentage of people who care about the music they're going to hear out at a club (beyond bachelorette's wanting to do karaoke) pales in comparison to the number of people who go out to clubs in general.
Let's face it - the EDM scene is inherently founded in the shallow end of the pool. Does that mean some folks can't escape it? Absolutely not. But at the same time I don't think people should be surprised that the epic, jesus-posing, finger twinkling, lyp-syncing cheese is what generally packs clubs.

depends on location.
even so, there are a ton of people with no clue

And that would be great...somehow I don't think that is the case...
Actually I meant my laptop, which is still a PC when you compare a Dell notebook to a Macbook.
I'm just wondering if the fast track pro is enough to hook up the big speakers, I don't know what connections they use. I don't have to buy a mixer do i?

No offense m8, but if you're asking questions like this you are probably not ready to be playing out.
You've got a fair bit of homework to do with regard not only to how you're going to hook yourself up, but just in general about how to minimize these kinds of issues when you're playing out. You should already know what mixer you'll be using, but should also in general have a pretty good idea as to exactly how you're going to hook yourself up into any system (broadly).
These are really things any bedroom DJ whose been doing this a few months should know already.

But I don't know what connectors are usually used in the clubs, XLR? RCA?
I can mix fine without a mixer ATM, I'm saving up for a hybrid mixer (something with MIDI signals + analog signals) like the XONE3D. My axiom pretty much acts like a mixer in terms of EQing/crossfading.
