Release Notes:
Well to be honest I have to start off by saying sorry, I am a little behind with the monthly podcast, mainly due to some intense college assignments so I'm sorry about that.

On the gig front I recently played at Amplfied in Derby with Simon Patterson & JOC which was excellent, a class night and one I highly recommend. On July 10th I make my return to Leed's Digital Society which should be another quality night.

Production wise my remix of Indecent Noise's "Headlock" was released on my own label Soup Recordings on the 15the June. My Mr M remix of Trilucid - Army of One was also released the same day on Progrez, both tracks doing well, with support from Van Dyk, O'Bir to name a few. I have some new original material to be released later this year including a track on Soup Recordings called "Rider" as well as a new Mr M track called "Who Is This" coming out on Prehab records. On the bootleg front I have re-hashed Solarstone's Naked Angel recently, which has seen support from the man himself amongst others.

This months mix is in my opinion much better than episode 12, simply due to the quality of tracks available. I've also had a lot of fun re-editing some tracks for it, so I hope you like it. Highlights include JOC's remix of Green Velvet Flash which he has very kindly sent me and the awesome Lange remix of Oceanlab's "I am what i am".

Not alot to say this month - I am busy in the Studio all the time working on new music so will keep you posted. Facebook and Myspace get their samples updated regularly.

This months mix is a little longer than normal (but will still fit on a CD), mainly due to the amount of good music around from all genres. I also head out to ibiza for a holiday in a few weeks so wanted something lengthy to listen too. While I'm out in Ibiza I'll be DJ-ing at the renound "Eden" nightclub on Monday the 24th August - so if your around come check it out.

Highlights for this month are the slick "Drop Control" by Kiwa and Indecent Noise's remix of "Find" by Ridgewalkers, top track.

Its been a while!!!

Sorry for the delay in getting No.15 to your ears but I have been tied down with other things in my personal life.

I suppose I should start by mentioning my name change. Those who keep up with me on facebook and myspace probably know that I have stopped using the name Freesoup and have switched to using my real name Stuart Mort. There have been some negative shout outs about this but on the whole everyone seems to agree its a good move. I will release tracks under Freesoup now & then but I'll no longer DJ under that name. With that in mind my first solo track to be released under my own name will be Stuart Mort Pres. Mr M - Who Is This? coming out on Prehab sometime in December. Theres a Ben Nicky remix, featured on the mix and a couple of breaks/dub mixes too by Tate Simister.

This months mix is a little more laid back than normal , mainly due to the amount of good music around from the early doors stuff. Next months podcast will be a full on bosh fest as I haven't done one for a while.

I can't single out any of the tracks so I'll leave that to you lot.
