Well, from his website, he said his first trip *that was funded by himself* wasn't all that expensive. I can't remember the actual figure, but I remember thinking that it was a low enough amount that I would be able to pull it together.

I don't get it... I thought it was retarded... Wait, is this dude autistic or something? Or is he suffering from Tarantella?
oh well, I guess it gives him purpose in life instead of wondering the streets, mumbling to himself. Must be nice not having a "real" job like us, mere mortals. The cynic in me is not impressed and is yelling "get a job, loser!" |
He graduated from university and was a video game programmer or designer before he went on a trip around the world with his own money. He then posted his vid on YouTube... which got very popular, and subsequently got sponsored to go and travel the world again.
Why does he have to be doing something particularly special to make it important, or make what he is doing relevant? He is just an average American traveling the world. The reason why it is so touching is because of the fact the people everywhere come together through the universal language of dance. It removes the "differences" between us and everyone else and makes us all "people that like to dance". THAT is what makes this video "feel-good".
You're just a moron.
