Once again man, who cares what you think???
I posted a TL from a show in Orlando, I would assume it's accurate (or somewhat close). Either way you can look at any of his other recent TL's and see similar tracks being played. If you like those tracks, go to the show and have a blast. If not, stay home. IMO, stay home and chat on message boards...I have a feeling you do alot better there.

Finally, someone agrees, Armin is the electronic music equivalent of Brittney Spears! |

I think you missed the point.. The point is that nobody should ever have the time nor the mindset while at a show they spent $40+ bucks to walk through the door of just to sit there & right down an entire 32 set tracklist complete with Remixes..
Not to mention the fact that, unless they are standing right there next to AVB nobody should be able to guess an entire sets tracklisting..
If some random DJ knows every track another dj played at a show.. That sucks even if you are a local DJ, much less A top 100 DJ in the world!...
How many people were at that show by the way?? Tiny Trance market?? Seems to me the Trance Guys have been packing the joint in Central FL (EG. PVD,AVB,TIESTO).. Regardless, it should make no difference.. A "worldclass" dj should come to every gig with their "A" game..
P.S. I hope this doesnt come off as negative towards you or anybody who attended. Just pointing out a few things. |
So you just find it weird that somebody can ID and type the track titles into their phone? I don't have that ability nor do I care to do it, but I'm fully aware it happens, can happen nor am suprised that it does happen.
I say tiny trance market b/c it't not mainstream. Orlando/central Florida has enough population that it'll be packed in any venue. But, do you hear trance on the local radio in Orlando on a Tuesday morning? no way...
Would you hear it in Miami? or Utrecht, Netherlands, or Berlin... Yes(used to with party 93.1), yes and yes..
I also think Armin did come with his "A" game. I had a blast and wish I could go again. And my point earlier is that he is allowed to play mainstream tracks b/c it is a smaller market that is very "bandwagon" type commercial trance per-se that isn't as knowledgeable as those above mentioned cities.
I also don't think you are being negative at all. I enjoy our civil debate and how you aren't making any obnoxious statments.
