Grow a pair and tell her to fuck off. You can either do it nicely, or come out and tell her straight. Either way you shouldn't need to ask what to say on the internet, work it out for yourself.
What I'd actually end up saying:
"Look here woman, unless you're bringing cake I've told you this relationship is over! So the choice is yours, cake or leave"
Theres not too much that can't be fixed in my life with a cake.
