Do your parents wipe your ass to , i moved out 2 years ago and im paying $2000 / £1000 a month just to live. Think yourself lucky your parents a paying for your car and cell phone , When I was 16 i was paid $3 p/h / £1.50 p/h working in a supermarket , currently im working 50 hours a week just to pay the bills. If you like smoking pot so much just goto amsterdam a few times a year and smoke some real weed.

People graduate college after four to five years so usually we're about 22-23 when we graduate. Some people take longer so its not unusual to be 23 going into your last year of college.
