Hmm, never really noticed a difference in taste with raw vs steamed. I'll have to pay attention to that next time I guess
Steamed is still really good too, I'm a broccoli fiend...I don't care how I get it But there's something so nice about being able to eat it like a tree.

fag I never said cooked over raw. I love it both ways. Raw is usually my fav way though.
