It's more effective getting nutrients from food than supplements.

A good multivitamin is a good thing have, but an appropriate diet is an even better thing to have.

If you're really concerned about your heath, the money you spend in one trip to GNC would be better spent on a consultation with a dietitian.

actually there are organizations in each province that certify foods as being organic. the organizations are chosen by the government. In order to get to the point of certification the product needs to be free of chemical pesticides, fertilizers, etc.. for something like 2 or 3 years.



The Fed's have regulations that are coming into force at the end of the year.. until then it's just been guidelines... though who's to say how strictly every one of the certification agencies have adhered to them
