The end of philosophy is at hand...
I cannot allow this iconoclastic subversiveness to take place.

Yea, right. Who wouldn't want to hire someone who knows absolutely nothing about science (the product) or business administration / laws? As long as they can talk in a way that makes them seem clever and have some debating skills that compensate for the utter lack of knowledge, well, put em right in!

Are you just being deliberately dense? You really think I'm advocating for supplanting a strong business foundation with one of philosophy instead, as opposed a complimentary relationship?
Oh, I forgot that taking a couple of philosophy courses comes at the expense of studying all other subjects.
A sound grasp of business administration seems like the type of thing that is effectively paired with the cultivation of strong analytical tools and a well developed sense of judgment; philosophy isn't something you need to major in, or devote your entire academic career to, in order for it to enhance other practical areas of your life/career in these regards. The point of all that was to address the idea that philosophy offers little to no practical application to people who study it as part of a larger curriculum, and that was just one example.
It really is too bad that you can only study one or the other.
