you know just a general rule of thumb that i use
if you can smell it you are inhaling it and its affecting you. if you can feel it you are absorbing it and it is affecting you.
How much to what degree? There's bad and theres worse. Its bad enough I'm choking on exhaust fumes every time I drive through the lincoln tunnel.
