Anyway, you really can't count local DJs. For one thing, the club isn't going to bother paying for opening and closing performers for a nobody, and locals also don't have to contend with traveling and jet lag. Also, not being in such high demand, they're always going to have to work longer hours to earn their paycheques.
Marathon sets on a tour are unique; marathon sets for a local are your standard 8-hour clock punching like any other job, just at a different time of day.
Not saying that none of the locals are any good, just that you can't compare. |
Jesus christ shut up, is this really necessary? The thread is about marathon sets, so who cares who is spinning said set? I realize what you're getting at here but sweet blue blazing goddamn what a waste of words. It's one thing to chirp somebody about a post in their thread, it's another to belittle them for absolutely no reason.
