Are you out of your mind? The best way to turn a girl off is make things obvious to her. To a guy, kissing a girl and telling her you like her have a similar meaning. Namely, "I like you well enough to search for cavities in your mouth with my precious tongue". But, to a girl, if you tell her you're into her like that, you come across as a freak. But, if you simply kiss her, she will be led to believe, by her strange logic, that you guys clicked and mutually realised how wonderful you are to one another.

So now my friend has been trying to convince me for hours that if I have any feelings for this girl at all it is a stupid idea to set myself and the other roommates up for disaster and problems in the future... since I can't deny having feelings for her so he is straight up telling me that I shouldn't let her move in tomorrow. Oh, and at this very moment, she thinks she's 100% moving in, and seemed excited about sharing a room with me. So do I cancel the love miracle waiting to happen, in hopes of avoiding disaster if things don't work out? Or do I just go for it? I mean what if she actually doesn't even like me at all, she's just all chill and happy all the time. Then I gotta share a room with a girl I'm crazy about?

Dude, totally fuck them. Let her move in with you. If shit hits the fan, then so what. Get a new roommate. Problem solved.
