I second the whole taste in music thing.....hell i remember Ste was a proper hard trance head then he went onto psy/goa...

I got into prog (my god looking back it was so boring.....) then onto more housey techno.....now im really into ambient/chilled, minimal techno, and fluffy rock like my bloody valentine......

global gathering was fun - i remember that ukta meet-up. Everyone was completely #$#@%ed.....

I still browse though for me it was the change from uni to full time work and the girlfriend that limited my "music time" and my taste in music is stuck between 1998-2002 (GG02 was the best!) - know its about a year to late, but really gutted Dumonde called it a day

Haha never intend the set foot in any Prison Acton, building myself a nice career at the moment and any links to criminal fraternity would ruin that. To the thread creator - In general a lot of people went of trance myself included. There is still a massive trance contingent in the UK to my knowledge, but they probably don't post on here.

I can't believe some of you lot haven't been to Ibiza!

You should definitely do it, it's an amazing experience. People say it's not as good as it used to be but I don't know how it used to be and had the best time ever last year.

And when you're all there, come find me as it'll be good to see some of you again.

Maybe we should start posting again regularly, just for shits and giggles. Doesn't have to be music related but it would be good to see some old faces. We did used to have quite a laugh in between moments of indescribable hatred towards each other haha.

We should try and make an effort to keep UKTA alive really.
