Sounds like an offer - manifestation of intent to enter into an agreement. The $2 is the benefit of the bargain (consideration). All you need is acceptance and you have a valid contract.

I havent had a poster in 10+years, and dont plan on starting anytime soon, but

Im sure people are buying your posters of the DJ's, but what about the crowd shots?

I guarantee some people would be more likely to buy your posters of "crowd shots" if the crowd shots were more to their liking(eye candy), $2 PER PERSON to move someone out of the crowd could be worth it in the long run if you get enough of those people to buy the Poster...
