Howells can build it up better than the dj's at Studio A. That's why JZ was there to see Howells (and interfere with him trying to mix). If he was playing how he was the last 3 hours of his set the whole 7 hour set the entire place would have cleared out because noone can take that for that long unless you're used to Chris Liebing ripping techno all the time
Burridge is another that is like this. I love both Howells and Burridge.

Studio K used to be Studio A, right next door to Space. I have never been to Kore/Suite, so I don't have a basis for comparison. I went to Studio A/K last year for the Dirtybird party and it was pretty cool. It's a typical club; nothing fancy, nothing really lacking. I'd say this is a non-issue except for those who will have difficulty traveling to Downtown instead of staying in SoBe. It's inconvenient for me (I could walk to Kore from my condo), but One+One should be worth the bus/cab fare downtown.

I really wanted to see Zabiela play an extended set. Now, I'm hoping for 2 hours at best. My guess is he and Nic just tag team the entire time for 1.5-2hrs.
