I think he's mocking more the fact that a very good amount of girls are just naturally attention whores. You don't see guys taking numerous photos of themselves in different poses and constantly complimenting each other by uploading every single picture and captioning them all as "OMG BUT WHY ARE WE SEXY BITCHES"
