I used to listen to BoC every night before going to sleep, but after approximately a year of their albums and EPs every other night, I'm fucking sick of them altogether. Can't wait for a new album. Now I mostly listen to FAX and Ultimae back catalogues, ambient glitch stuff like Microstoria, Oval, Fennesz and experimental minimal electronica like Pan Sonic, Alva Noto and CoH. However, I'm about to quit that practice altogether, since I can't concentrate properly on music if I'm too tired and everything just feels like a waste of time.

Also their are some great ambient mixes in the DJ Promotion section of the site.
I really enjoyed Allied Nations Warm Music for Warm Cities (Could have the title wrong but I've got it on my computer at home)

Cafè del Mar collection is also pretty good to fall asleep, I especially go for the 9th edition:

Volume 9 is one of my favourites. I always thought listening to it it seemed more suited to the Dreams series...

I've forgotten how good the oblivion music is. It's like the eu3 music... you hear it so much you forget (although the oblivion music is certainly awesome and much better).
