Anyway, to go back to the basis of which this thread was started, this story came out today. Haha... I can't help but laugh. British TV star Claire Sweeny told a story today about the time she was at a party in Russia hosted by Cliff Richard while Bill was still president. He was dressed as an Admiral and approached her at the party.... this is what transpired in her words:

Oh well, I think his reputation took a big enough hit from the whole thing. I don't think he failed the country by banging anyone or lying about it, he just made an ass of himself.
