The bread traditionally called Somun, but the word has generally not been accepted outside of central Bosnia.

this is probably 25% of the recepie, there is set of items that are added that noone truly knows, there is a way to prepare them that noone truly knows, there is a specific way to BBQ them that noone really knows except for the few Bosnian families that run the restaurants downtown Sarajevo, and that have moved to some sorrounding cities.
