while scott is going through his co-worker drama i as well am dealing with the dumbest woman ever that has been hired at work. now my job isn't that hard and the register is fairly simple for trained monkeys to even work, but this woman has to be in her 50's and is soooooooooooooooooooooo dumb when it comes to the computer. she first didn't get the screens were touch screen and that's it's OKAY to touch them. secondly she can't ring up the free tickets into the system which again trained monkeys could take a paper ticket and press the simple button, but no not her. their are some things to my job that take some steps but very small steps. she is just getting sooo confused about it all and i honestly don't have the time right now to be training her and doing the extra work that has been given to me. she made me so mad the other day when she was leaving and my manager had came by before i could have cooled down and i let him know how i feel about the woman. i am not the only one that feels she is a dead weight and not a good fit. i was told yesterday to try and play nice and see if she catches on. so meanwhile i am left trying to be nice a woman that i feel is so annoying.  
scott just pull him aside today and just have a man to man talk with him. tell him the big man is watching and don't like what he is seeing. plus just try to listen to him today and see what he talks about. i know your mandarin isn't that great but you can understand it well enough <3
