For silly reasons i get very nervous, my hangs begging to shake and so do my eyes. If i dwell on something, i get anxious because of the thing i am dwelling on, and because i am dwelling on it.. it kinda builds up

i used to take beta blockers because i have a slight shake due to concussions, but they lowered my blood pressure too much. When i need a steady hand, ativan is for the win.

after the last surgery when I was bed ridden for a while, I gained weight. Didn't help that for a while afterwards the meds I was on prevented me from doing too much exercise. I gained... 20 lbs in like 3 months?
Took a while to work off.
