4) Mikael Stavostrand - Crushed [Imprime Records]
when this track kicked in it had a vocal that kept saying the name of your set Shango
was that part of the track or was that an accapella you implemented?
Edit: one more thing, i have heard La mezcla in about 7 different sets now and you have been the only one who hasnt had a mediocre transition
you chose the best track to follow along with |
yes "crushed" has that vocal included on its original version and I decided to name the mix after it , its no acappella .
Thanks for saying that about the mezcla and the track after it actually I was a little worried about that last track because its some "latin jazz caribean house disco" track that might have not worked out and I iincluded it just because I really liked the ending feeling it has to it , so i guess that did its part , also the drummy machine sound it has made it perfect to come out after " la mezcla " .

I enjoyed this set from beginning to end, No mistakes at all
mixing was amazing and so was the track selection

Yeah that joeski track was something that lawler used to play on 2002 , just an amazing track , i wanted to include on this mix a classic tune that some people would relate to , so I immediately thought of that one also really liked how it gave the mix a whole different direction refreshing it thus giving it another sound .
Thanks buddy glad you liked it
and also to all the people that gave this a chance
cheers
