02:45. you hear it very clearly.
just because the main melody is some "trying to sound like Journey To Silious" --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z-jhNPFDC7I
doesn't mean that the supersaw isn't very present in the background.

And by the way: here is a good uplifting track with no supersaws:

Wish they could do more like that.

I can't make a difference between this and 98.9% of todays uplift shit. It sounds all the same without any creativity. And TA is a great place to post garbage like this

That's BS. You aren't allowed to like any trance. You have to fit the mnml hipster stereotype so ignorant idiots can keep pointing out this is TRANCEaddict.

Anyway why do you hate supersaw so much? If it's done right and not overblown it can sound good.

Gareth Emery - Exposure

Even my old Korg 05R/W module can create that sound.
I have been waiting for a track which supposed to have supersaws in it where it is very doubtfull that a supersaw has been used. At a point reading about supersaws I got the impression about every track had supersaws, like that's the only synth sound you can get out of a synthesizer.

A supersaw is used a lot just because most of the time it sounds good even when there nothing else.
There even are supersaw contests at synth forums, so I guess they just love that sound.

you are clueless. i think minimal is more boring than the supersaw trance.
Just because I'm no big fan of the shitty trance tunes of recent it doesn't automatically make me a "mnml hipster".
Nice try dickhead.

decent tune. nothing spectacular though. And I know that Three Drives got potential (Sunset on ibiza, Carrera 2 etc). Got any more good tips of recent tracks? Can't find many tunes that match that Marc Mitchell remix of Beautiful that I posted earlier.

I also want to point out that I have nothing against supersaws it self. It's just that the majority of todays trance producers are predictable and uses it in such a narrow way. There several good tracks with supersaws (Liquid Soul - Dreamdance for instance).

Most tech house bores me.
Techno however is nice. Especially the old Adam Beyer, Samuel L Session, Pär Grindvik type of techno.
