It doesn't matter how stupid the person was getting into that situation, beyond that point nothing is the that persons fault. People don't rape themselves, someone rapes them.

Are you people not fucking reading what yukii and I and everyone else is writing? I am not SAYING rape is okay. IT IS NEVER OKAY. We know what rape means. We are saying that the girl is a fucking moron for getting into a strangers car at 2:30 in the morning. It is wrong that she got raped. But she could have prevented this. Why the fuck did she get inside the car VOLUNTARILY? Did she really think the guy was harmless and was going to waste his time and gas to go drop her off? Come the fuck on. What the guy did was WRONG and he should be fucking charged. I'm not saying the guy is a saint here. He is a fucked up individual and should have not done that. But he didn't even fucking MAKE her get into the car. SHE chose to get in. Therefore she put herself into that situation.
