ok my argument was fairly flawed with carnivors being more intelligent then herbivores. We look at primates such as gorillas and find that they are fairly intelligent. It would be odd to think that their ancestors were carnivors. I am not sure. But i know alot of the primates do supplement meat or other animal into their diet.
