it was pretty easy too.

work out, cut the booze down, eat the same thing for breakfast (grapefruit + metamucil+ coffee black + special k) and supper (1 head romaine + half a red cabbage + endives oilve oil and nice wine vinegar) every day during the week. Eat a big lunch, but still be sensible even if i am eating out 3 or 4 days due to work.

on the weekend i eat what the fuck i want.

went from a pudgy 230 to a lean 215.

now i can laugh at the fat fucks with a straight face again.

i have that in my medicine cabinet and swear by it.
