IQ tests are totally unreliable and not often used any more from what i've read, and i doubt an online IQ test has any bearing on reality.

Btw, is it possible that American IQ tests are scaled differently than European ones? 150 would (to my knowledge) be almost on top of what's possible while they seem to go up to almost 200 in the US.

It's estimated that the highest possible IQ score is around 200. Stephen Hawking's is a little bit over 200, if I remember correctly.
