I played club soccer for a couple years with Justin Fargas of Billy's Raiders. The cool part was knowing his dad. His dad is the original Huggy Bear. Really cool guy.
Met quite a few celebs (not including djs) working the door at Vanguard. Apparently Vanguard's owner is buddys with Bill Maher. Who knew? But the coolest for sure was Pedro from Napoleon Dynomite. Top that!

Ran into B-Real and Sen Dog of Cypress Hill at the Rainbow Bar on slow nights during the week. Interesting thing is I saw them on different nights. B-Real was in the corner of the patio rolling a blunt.
