Toshiba, Dell, Acer and HP are all predominantly manufactured by the same companies (Compal or Quanta), so they are all of the same quality. The only difference between them is warranty and bundled software.
All the high end Sony and Apple laptops are made by Asus, last time I checked, but this isn't shown on that matrix because it is outdated. The high end Dells are manufactured by Samsung. Samsung are generally known to be among the highest quality manufacturers across the board, so I put a lot of faith in them.
