I think you're overreacting/reading into too much. You've only been dating a year. I don't care how long you've known each other, your romantic relationship is still in the beginning phase, and this is just the type of puppy love dreamer crap that all couples do...fantasizing and making hypothetical plans about your shared future, etc.

I think, however seriously you may have discussed marriage, that this is just your girl seeking validation of her romantic fantasy. If anything, just look at it as an indication of how much she's in love with you.



I know me and my bf used to (we still do, actually) do shit like that all the time. "What would you say if I asked you to marry me tomorrow?" etc. It's just a way for couples to experience/refresh those strong early feelings towards each other.
