come on man ,progressive trance exists , and even if it didnt exist , now it does , because people named a subgenre of trance , progressive trance because it had some characteristics
this is not a notion that I conceived myself. people were saying progressive trance didn't exist on TranceAddict during the time when holden, chable, o'neil, and their fellow producers were making those kinda tracks with that label. furthermore, those tracks that paul van dyk and markus schulz were playing in 1996-1997 were actually acid trance tracks.
people have said that progressive trance are contradictory terms.
