There's a certain website that I often buy software from. I'll order some software, then when I get it I contact them and say it's the wrong item and I want to exchange it. They immediately ship the replacement item, and I ship the original product back to them along with a letter stating that I'm returning it because I don't agree to the end user license agreement and want my money back.
Invariably, the new software arrives, and they also issue a refund, never noticing that they gave me both an exchange and a refund.
