I'm not saying ALL teenagers are that stupid. Maybe I should have clarified that. But, hey, there's a big majority of plain stupid people. And it'll progressively worsen, I'm sure.
I said education doesn't always have to be formal. How difficult is it for a parent to tell his/her or son/daughter that, with sex, there's a lot of risk involved?
