Well looking at the fact that there also are many people of my age who listened EDM from late 80's till now and still like todays trance too that last point for me at least isn't true.
Not that we like all of todays trance, but compared to the 90's I bet the % we like hasn't changed that much. I have loads and loads of crap trance tracks in my cd collection from the 90's. I guess people only remember the good ones and by that make a wrong comparison.

Where did the "good trance" of today go to then? Sorry if this sounds like a dumb question but I haven't been listening to new trance for some time now.
