Awesome thread!! I bought 2 kinds of super spicy sauces when I went to Mexico a little while ago (Ste4fan I actually had you in mind to be one of the samplers! Next time you're at my house ). I can't remember what they're called because I'm at work, but I'll check at home! Lol the guy that sold them to me used the words "double the pleasure" when he was describing the different types of hot sauces (take a guess what he means...)

that was not hot sauce that you purchased.
it was mexican anal lube made specifically for double penetration.

Love spicy food but I'm using that to mean flavourful & tasty as opposed to burning your tastebuds off. Staples in my kitchen
- black pepper
- chili flakes
- green seasoning - a Trini staple of blended chadon beni (or culantro), thyme, chive, garlic and vinegar
- pepper sauces x 4
- frozen pimento peppers
- pickles and chutneys, Edna's Pickles are local and particularly good

You can get it at St. Lawrence Market. They have over 30 different types of mustard, and pretty much everyone I've tried is good. Here is a list of the flavours: http://www.mustardmaker.com/orders.php
They give out free samples at the market too.
Beware: XXX flavour is fucking serious business lol. Instantly clears your sinuses and then some.[/color]
I've tried a few kinds of Kozlik's Mustard and have never been disappointed.

I am a horseradish fiend and always get mine from Roncesvalles or Starsky in Mississauga. You'll also find some good mustards there.
