I've got better with the Internet now I'm only a member of this forum. When I was a member of several communities it was like that "overlapping objective" hook that videogames like Civilisation do so well. You'd make some posts on one forum and then browse another forum, and when you'd finished there someone would have replied to you on the first forum, ad infinitum.
Even when I avoid forums, I end up doing the same thing by checking blogs and news sites.

Quite bad actually. When I got operated two months back my transaminases ALAT/ASAT (two enzymes that are used to determine the overall health of the liver) got skyrocket results. The doctor asked if I was suffering from hepatitis.
Maybe it's due to the fact that I drank 2-4 liters coca cola daily for almost 5 years.

I don't drink often but when I do I go hard and its not a good idea.
a friend of mine puked blood and had to be taken to the hospital the other day for drinking too much after a night out. they told him he had developed an ulcer on his liver. what scares me most is that we drink the same amount on pretty much the exact same occasions, and that night I'm fairly sure I outdrank him. bit of a wake up call...
