Dude, to start with I must say you live in your own small tiny circle world of yours. Anyways I dont think you completly understood my message in last post, I said we New Yorkers like to express, we dont care if its stupid. In NY their is no such thing as 'weird, stupid, bad, awkward' because everything here is art. Stupidity too is a form of art which we express. We donkeys dont care what you Mc Donalds elephants think about it back their. |
I had a friend of mine, who in third grade, crumpled up the shreds of news-paper he'd been given for a project, squirted glue on it, and then proceeded to call it art. It had no other meaning than to serve as an object lesson on how easily art could be made. I tried to explain to him that art - or at least art with any value, what-so-ever - took effort and was more than the sum of thirty seconds worth of work and three cents worth of Elmer's Glue. It required technique, finesse, and, above all, effort. Never-the-less, he was unrelenting with his insistence that he had essentially created something comparable with a Picasso or a Monet.
Who could have known that the girl he lost his virginity to at the age of 22 would leave him after years of suffering under the torment of his passive-aggressive psychological abuse? Seriously sick shit, too, like in the movie, Gaslight. The moral of the story? If you're considering the crap you put up to be worthwhile creative expression - at your age - you're a shallow idiot with an empathy deficit. No. Seriously. Trying to talk to you is the equivalent of having a conversation with a fucking twelve-year-old who has a retarded world-view validated as relevant by the confederacy of morons who satisfy your own ridiculous confirmation bias.
