Morello is nuts man, really inventive player. I'm a big RATM fan.
How drunk were you in that pic?

Was having a random jam with a friend on ableton the other day while he was playing his washburn. It was heaps of fun actually.
I feel like a beer for breakfast now.

When I was a kid, I switched from keytar to electric guitar because I thought I could pick up more girls. It didn't work out very well because I played death metal and that chased them even further away.

This is close to the one I play now:

i'm personally not a fan of bc rich, but if you're going for a seven string (i take it you play hard rock/metal) then you're slightly limited in your options.

tbh i don't like the body style of that axe; is it a warlock or whatever? i like the traditional explorer body, none of this combo-explorer-flying v-shit. i suppose dimebag darrell's original body style is aight but that model that you posted looks like a curvy bastardization of it.

The B.C. Rich Stealth started the x-shaped guitar body. I think there may have been one before (Ibanez X-Star or whatever). The Jackson Warrior and Ibanez Xiphos look really similar as well. Guitars with bottoms carved out are probably my favorite. I can prop them up on my right leg and have the neck at a higher angle.

I also have this heavy metal Jazzmaster I am working on:

It looks like that, but it hasn't got a pickguard, the fingerboard is ebony, and the headstock is reversed. Instead of putting in a Floyd Rose, I am trying something new and using the original floating tremolo with locking tuners to prevent the strings from popping out of the saddles. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan humbucker, and the neck will probably have a single coil.

Coming soon...my basses...

nice, i love the body style of jazzmasters/jagstangs. kurt cobain used to use those pretty exclusively back in the day i believe. i think the original floating tremolo will keep the look of the guitar still "vintage-looking" i guess so i'm all about you retaining as much of the original stuff as possible. reversed headstock too? that must look badass, man.
