It looks like that, but it hasn't got a pickguard, the fingerboard is ebony, and the headstock is reversed. Instead of putting in a Floyd Rose, I am trying something new and using the original floating tremolo with locking tuners to prevent the strings from popping out of the saddles. The bridge pickup is a Seymour Duncan humbucker, and the neck will probably have a single coil.

nice, i love the body style of jazzmasters/jagstangs. kurt cobain used to use those pretty exclusively back in the day i believe. i think the original floating tremolo will keep the look of the guitar still "vintage-looking" i guess so i'm all about you retaining as much of the original stuff as possible. reversed headstock too? that must look badass, man.
