If I could hear a track penned by Lost Witness that sampled an Armin bassline, a Ferry Corsten lead synth, that dropped an Angelic vocal in the breakdown and the whole thing was tweaked about in the studio by Oakie, I reckon I would probably die and go to heaven.

My fav sounds :

Scot P : his basslines and most of all the build ups he creates are absolutly stunning

Mauro : Again some of his basslines are pure class.

Hennes & Cold : the breakbeat they some times use like at the start of the Second Trip is gorgeous

Michel Pollen : His Synths are among the best created

And last but by no means least, Hybrid's signiture breakbeat sound has me blowing my load everytime i hear it

For synths I would agree with fox, BT is the best. But for sounds in general I would say Basement Jaxx, they sample dental drills and crap like that, its just so creative the way they come up with their sounds and what they do with em.

nonono.. the best sound is the short little synth riff (hard to describe, it's a really short be-do be-do do-bee-do-bee-do) in Midway - Monkey Forest. So Cooool!
