No I said that murder isn't cool, but it would be the easiest way to avoid a law suit along side destroying all evidence related to it, and everyone ever in contact with the person, it is standard cover up bs, nothing new here. Do note that patents may be localized so if it isn't patented world wide you could still steal the idea potentially. However you would need to look at the way each country treats patents with local and global protections.
