From what I heard is, Disney and Daft Punk had a falling out because of creative differences. The rumor of Daft Punk opening DCA was nothing more than rumor. OC Weekly released the info even before any contracts were signed. Originally they (Disney), were supposed to have Daft Punk open for the premier of the movie. The plan was to close off Hollywood Blvd. for a huge rave.

Disney is still doing another round of hirings for DJ's. Electronica is slated to go until May.

Who's all going? I may see you there a couple nights a week.

Wow I didn't realize so many West Coast TAs saw Daft Punk @ Red Rocks. I was there too, (that was my 3rd time seeing them that year) and it was amazing

Awesome!!! Thanks! During Glow they had a fake DJ and than later on during the summer they brought down real DJ's. I'm an annual pass holder, so I'm there all the time. Please find out about the bookings, I'm very interested. My friend DJ's on the Tomorrowland Terrace but he gets that gig because he's on the radio and Disney hires the station. He's always broadcasting live from there.

I wish DCA would bring a real EDM Dj like they did with Tiesto in Paris. Six Flags in Mexico brings in EDM DJ's all the time. I can't belive they fucken had Sven Vath @ Six Flags!!!! WTFBBQ!!!!!

Dj Drew, Joe Vinyl, EMan, Jason Jazz? I think you'll like it. Something different than the norm. Not sure how far into EDM they'll get since it's family oriented too. I'll be walking around babysitting sound systems tonight. The new systems we bought are awesome. The subs are sick. Have fun.

Packed, I'm not too sure how their doing the billing of who's spinning. List would be great.

As far as I know, no big names are booked. Just locals. The DJ tonight is throwing it down. I forgot what her name is but, damn.

With all the money the company has spent this year (DCA Expansion, World Of Color, Aladdin reopening, The trolley, new parades, Halloween party, and other stuff), I'm sure folks like Tiesto are not in the budget. I mean if Tiesto is charging $250,000, I really don't see Disney forking the money over. But you never know. If someone is brought in, it's gonna be so hush hush, no one including the media would know until the day of.

I had EDC flashbacks with all the "teenies" raving everywhere lol
