Fuck rane, A&H and Pio for their puke inducing designs.

I used to have a mixer (soundlab) that literally had two faders and cross fader. It didn't even have a master volume control. It had three LEDs though.

Joking aside, I'm pretty sure, I would prefer to use the blue dog over the djm2000 if it came to it. (the blue dog probably sounds better anyway).

i've played on the blue dog, wonderful mixer

makes you choose your tracks wisely

be serious djm 2000 must be a good mixer, probably doesn't worth the price it costs but obviously has features and the sound quality most be good, pioneer often delivers and that's why it's the standard

i don't see something so fragile becoming the standard in clubs. Honestly with alcohol spills and powder getting behind the little screen , I don't see most clubs investing in them.

No.

Pioneer are seen in a lot of clubs because most DJ's don't have a clue about real audio engineering (and hence don't realize that pio mixers are shit in terms of sound quality) and because Pioneer spend truly insane amounts of money marketing their products to DJ's (which in turn is paid for by the endless flow of wannabe sheep dj's who keep upgrading to the latest pioneer offering).

You will see a few of these at clubs but not many for the reasons that M4B just stated and honestly it won't take as a premium mixer for home use as it's too expensive.
